How often should I use Perlae's toothpaste?
Twice daily. Once in the morning, once at night. Oral health is cumulative, so consistency matters. Brush like your future self depends on it.
Which formula should I use? Fluoride or Nano-Hydroxyapatite?
Everyone's oral microbiome and enamel needs are different. We recommend speaking with your dentist to choose the formula that best supports your dental health goals.
Is Perlae clean and vegan?
Yes and not just buzzword clean. We formulate without the junk (like sulfates, parabens, or artificial dyes) and focus on ingredients that are effective, gentle, and backed by science.
Are your products dentist-approved?
We work with dental professionals throughout our formulation process to ensure our products meet real oral health standards.

What happens after I place an order ?
You will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent.
When will my order ship out?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.
How much is Shipping?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat rate of $4.99 applies.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to The United States, Canada and Italy.
How long will shipping take?
Orders usually arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
What if my package is lost, delayed or damaged?
If your package hasn't arrived or something's off, email us at support@perlaeco.com with your order number.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Start a return via the return portal. Or just reach out to support@perlaeco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send over the next steps from there.
Can I exchange a product instead?
We don't offer exchanges at this time.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your return, we'll process it immediately. The actual time it takes to reflect depends on your financial institution.
